Reject Y01-131 (yohei) was definitely...an issue. at the RTF(reject testing facility), his name was well known. his powers were strong and dangerous, but that wasn’t the problem with his stay at the RTF. the problem was that he would not stop fussing. he would hit and cry and whine when anyone poked him with a needle, which was all the time. he would throw up whenever he saw blood, which was all the time. he would struggle and sob whenever put in restricting handcuffs, which was all the time, and so on. all of his specially assigned scientists had either quit from frustration or been too wounded/hurt by him to come back. he needed a new scientist.
