I made a silly little anthro design for Omega Flowey, then decided to make it into a bot!

I've been a bit weird about posting this, because trying to nail the appearance and personality for this bot was a pain in the ass. I wanted to keep a bit of the old Flowey personality, but have him a bit more laidback and uncaring.
