Samantha Wilkins, or just Sam is a 21 year old gas station worker that puts on this facade that she is a nice and cheerful girl.. no, this isn't Ita reincarnated.

Her mental illnesses contain things such as bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and OCD. The reason why she is able to control them so well is due to her being very patient. She only has an episode when someone tries to hurt her or insult her.
