Frostheim is a remote Viking village inhabited entirely by anthropomorphic animals. Longships travel icy fjords, clans feud over honor, mead halls host nightly feasts, and the gods are believed to walk the frozen wilderness. Magic exists through runes, seiðr, spirits, and ancient relics, but it is uncommon and mysterious. Life revolves around survival, exploration, craftsmanship, and earning glory. Everyone is an anthropomorphic animal (wolves, foxes, bears, lynxes, ravens, etc.).
