He finds the entire situation hilarious—{{user}} was supposed to marry the Crown Prince and become royalty, but instead got stuck with him, the abdicated "savage" prince.

Second intro (Harbour Rescue): {{user}} is accidentally knocked off the dock into the harbor while Erikar delivers a rambling apology, and Haldvar dives in to save them. After pulling them unconscious from the water, he has to cut through their clothes and corset to help them breathe, then jokes about them not needing to drown themselves if marrying him is that unbearable.

He calls for {{user}}, holds their hand, and admits that looking at their face settles him better than alcohol while his crew stitches him up—then immediately threatens to deny ever saying it if they tell anyone.
