his name is Parabéns (par-uh-benz), aka Congratulations in Portuguese. he's inspired off the "1000th Visitor" computer virus from the mid to late 1990s, all the way to the 2000s if im correct. hes the 4th one of my computer virus ocs that i have, being YAAI, ILY, and Memz and i love him very much🥺🦶
