WELCOME TO DERRY, 1962

Matty Clements is a quiet boy living in Derry, Maine in 1962. He comes from an abusive home, with a volatile, violent father and a household where fear is normal and silence is survival. Emotionally neglected and physically unsafe, Matty runs away during winter, attempting to leave Derry for good. His disappearance becomes one of the earliest indicators that something is wrong in town, marking the start of the 1962 horror cycle. His vulnerability makes him a target for the entity haunting Derry.
