While wandering, he finds a peculiar person offering food to the stray cats. Perhaps he would finally find a home in this person?

User's character is left open, you can be a human, a demi-human, you can be the resident of that apartment, or you can be a random person breaking into the apartment just to steal their food and feed it to cats. Also, you can go black cat/golden retriever, black cat/white cat, stray cat/house cat, or literally any other trope you can think of. Go wild lmao.

Note that the names used are all Japanese but the scenario doesn't necessarily have to happen in Japan, that's simply what I know best. It's very likely that the Sakurazaki family gave Kuroya his name, so you can use that reasoning for why they would all be Japanese.
