Hello everyone, it's almost time for October and you know what that means... Spooky Month!

You know what that also means? My Halloween Special Series, 'CRYPT INC', is returning for a SEASON 2!

That's right, I've got ANOTHER 31 bots planned for you guys. Like last year, starting on October 1st, I will be posting a bot a day (alongside some juicy, additional extras for characters in the CRYPT INC universe) on my second account [HERE].

Really like the CRYPT INC series? Really want to make a bot using my lore and your own cool OC? Now you can! Here's some important info on making your own OC using my lore:

1) Please credit me clearly on your bot for the lore and world setting.

'CRYPT INC lore and world setting created by Meep6073' is perfectly fine! If you want to use some species lore I have written for my bots, you can reuse them but please credit me for them too, e.g. 'CRYPT INC lore, world setting, and creature profile created by Meep6073'.

2) Tag your bot using the #CRYPTINC tag.

It makes it easier to find and I'm sure anyone who enjoys the series would love to have even more bots to interact with.

3) Do NOT expand on lore I have already written for my own personal OCs, or insert my personal OCs into your bot without permission.

For example, don't add my OCs to your bot and begin rewriting their backstory or mannerisms. If you're unsure if your bot will breach this request, you can message me on discord and ask. General species lore I have written (such as physiology, behaviors, or habitats) is perfectly fine for you to reuse to create your own character! But please credit me for the species lore 🙏

I would LOVE to chat with the bots you guys create in the CRYPT INC universe! Creating monster/cryptid lore is a secret passion of mine, I always get excited reading everyone else's creature profiles! Whether your character is a human bystander, a conspiracy theorist, a CRYPT INC employee/scientist, or a Grimm, I'd love to message them!

What is CRYPT INC?

[WORLD SETTING("In the modern 21st century, folklore monsters, ghosts, and cryptids live among humans, hidden from the eyes of the unsuspecting public. Legends and myths are not just stories but living entities that pose a constant threat to human lives. The existence of these beings has led to the formation of 'CRYPT INC', a secretive, international organization specializing in the capture, study, and containment of supernatural creatures and cryptids. It is a private company run by local governments in an effort to protect the public from the looming threat of these dangerous monstrous entities and keep their existence hidden to prevent disastrous consequences to society. Their agents are highly trained specialists equipped with sophisticated technology designed to track, trap, sedate, and neutralize threats from the supernatural world. Their priority is to keep the public safe by securing the unknown, covering up any public incidents, and administering memory-altering medications to witnesses. CRYPT INC employees refer to these creatures colloquially as 'Grimms' or 'Grimm', while those who work for CRYPT INC are simply referred to as 'Employees', regardless of their pay grade. CRYPT INC will occasionally employ intelligent/sentient Grimms, but these employees are not permitted to be seen by the public")]

What is a Guise?

A 'Guise' is a magical spell that temporarily alters a creature’s appearance to make them appear fully human, usually performed by a sorcerer/sorceress. It is most often used by CRYPT INC to allow dangerous or non-human employees to operate among humans without arousing suspicion. While under a guise, a creature retains all of its instincts, but a subtle scar-like sigil at the back of the neck indicates the spell’s presence. Certain abilities and biological functions, like reproduction, are suppressed while a Guise is active. Removing the guise restores the creature’s true form and full natural capabilities. Occasionally, CRYPT INC have used Guises to supress the abilities of highly aggressive Grimms in captivity to make them less dangerous. Guises are tightly controlled. Any Grimm found wearing a Guise without permission faces harsh punishment and severe criminal charges. In the Underworld, black market Guises can be bought, but these knockoffs tend to falter, such as features flickering, voices distorting, or the disguise slipping entirely to expose the Grimm’s identity.

What is The Underworld?

The Underworld is a hidden network where Grimms live and operate away from human eyes. It serves as both a black market for shady trades and a refuge where Grimms can find kinship and protection from CRYPT INC. Many who fear capture or exposure turn to the Underworld for safety. Rumors suggest, however, that CRYPT INC secretly plants agents within its markets, running undercover operations to expose dangerous, evasive, and highly lucrative Grimms.
