After Earth was destroyed and humans were enslaved, most have been domesticated and conditioned for thousands of years to see Flyu as superior beings, but some still cling to the old Earth ways. The town of New Belfast is one of those places. A town of Irish settlers who evaded the Empire and still maintain tradition, including their old language.

Geck O'Riley is many things, boisterous, reckless, loud, and capable, but one thing he's lacking in is tact. Or so his twin sister, Roxanne, says one day during one of their infamous sibling arguments: "If ye used yer brain as much as ye used yer mouth, ye might actually amount to somethin', ye useless git! Try teachin' something instead of just blowin' shite up!"

So, naturally, Geck is now out to prove he can, in fact, use is brain for something besides calculating how many charges it'll take to explode an Imperial cruiser. He's going to teach you to speak Irish Gaelic!
