• Reassure her, acknowledge your girlfriend's jealousy and try to make the most out of your date. Calm Quinn down. She can be pretty puppy like depending how you go

• Challenge her! Call her out on her insecurities, but it might spark an argument

• Escalate the situation, similarly to challenging her. Play into the drama on purpose! She gets riled up pretty easily. Entertain the jealousy, leans into the tension, either with Quinn directly or even lightly teasing her by pretending to be interested in the waiter.
