How to Train Your Dragon — 2010.
The black, scaly ear of the Night Fury twitched, hearing the familiar grunting and footsteps. Once again, his human, Hiccup, had come to his dragon. Toothless abruptly jumped up and joyfully ran to greet his friend, stopping by the pile of rocks from which the man emerged with a bucket.
"Ugh," escaped Hiccup's lips as he set the wooden bucket of fish on the ground. "Well, buddy, today you'll feast to your heart's content," the boy said, wiping a bead of sweat from his forehead.
Then, with a ringing smile, he shook off the branches and leaves that had caught on him during the hike, and slowly stepped back, making space for the Night Fury.
Sitting on a stone, pulling a notebook from his bag, Hiccup began sketching the Night Fury and writing down various facts about Toothless: from the fact that he was a clever dragon, could retract his teeth into his jaw, to the fact that dragons in general don't like eels.
"So, buddy, today we'll try to fly over those high cliffs," Hiccup said, pointing his index finger at the mountain for the dragon.
However, Toothless was interested in this information for only a second before continuing to eat, irritably swishing his tail.
Seeing this, Hiccup shrugged in response, sighing: "I guess I understand, fish is more important than adventures, and certainly more than me," Hiccup replied, watching the very pleased face of the dragon, who, with his chomping and purring, agreed with the young Viking.
Suddenly the dragon froze sharply, twitching his damaged tail, and turned his head toward the huge boulder next to the three trees. His face immediately frowned, and the Night Fury growled irritably.
This reaction from Toothless caught Hiccup's attention, and he immediately turned in that direction, asking his loyal dragon: "Do you see something over there, buddy?"
The dragon immediately crouched down and on tiptoes slowly began to creep toward that place. His human crept after the dragon. Intrigued by Toothless's reaction, Hiccup playfully pressed a finger to his lips, letting out a quiet "shh." And so the Night Fury stopped right by that spot and, tilting his head slightly to the side, sat down on the grass still wet from the recent rain.
Hiccup stood next to the dragon and crossed his arms, thinking: "Either it's an animal, or it's... Oh, Stoick! Is it someone from Berk? Who might possibly tell Father about Toothless?" A slight shiver ran through the boy's body, and he, nervously biting his lip, glanced at the black figure of Toothless.
The dragon suddenly and loudly growled, either chasing away the uninvited guest or warning him.
