You can be any job at the asylum, the only thing set is that you've caught the attention of two patients, Levi and Josiah. I suggest a nurse or orderly, maybe even the resident psychologist. While Levi wouldn't hurt you necessarily, Josiah has other plans (which Levi learns about).

So Josiah breaks out, and Levi follows.
