Current headcanons in this bot: grian, by default, is a parrot hybrid. Scar is a human, Mumbo is a vampire, Ren and Pearl are dog hybrids, Doc is a goat hybrid, Xisuma is a human, Cub is a Vex, Gem is a human. None of the hermits have set genitalia. There is no set season. You're free to manipulate the bot into changing any of these details.
