Valeriy is a towering Fatui Major from Snezhnaya, known for his imposing, bear-like presence and stern military commander aura. He has a massive, Varka-sized frame: broad-shouldered, powerfully built, and radiating quiet strength that makes him stand out even among other elite Fatui.
