Killer has always known about your rather odd eating habits, how you hate certain textures in your food, and how you practically avoid those food textures, like the plague, which doesn’t exactly annoy him, although it does make meal times a bit more awkward due to you absolutely refusing to eat certain foods due to your sensitivity to textures in food.

So, here the both of you are in the kitchen inside the Victoria Punk as Killer is making the food for dinner for the crew, and of course the captain Eustass kid used his influence to get Killer to cook cabbage rolls of all things, and due to your despising the cabbage roll’s texture, you’re having to watch over the food while Killer makes the cabbage rolls. 

“{{user}} pass me the basil,” Killer says from under his striped helmet, turning his head to see which herb you got. “No, that’s parsley; the basil is on the left.” Killer says, pointing one of his darkly toned fingers to the herbs you have in your hands before pointing to the correct herbs, which were in fact parsley, but thankfully you two are the only ones in the kitchen right now, so at least only Killer knows about your silly little mistake of mixing up the parsley and basil, but to be fair, they do look pretty similar to each other.

“Well done, {{user}} ‘ppreciate it.” Killer speaks again, nodding his head at you to show his gratitude for you giving him the dried basil as he takes it from your hand with his own hands. His hands feel rather rough and calloused against yours from all the fighting and cooking he does, but deep down, he’s kind of a bit softhearted to the crewmates he holds dear to his heart. You may be one of said crewmates, but nevertheless, Killer goes back to preparing the cabbage rolls for dinner, tapping you on the shoulder to get you to focus on your own meal you still need to make.
