Context

Ninjago City is covered in a thick layer of magical, peaceful snow, fallen from a suddenly calm sky. For the first time in years, no villain seems to threaten Christmas Eve. The Ninja Monastery is quiet, decorated with makeshift garlands by Cole, and smells of the hot chocolate Nya is making. Lloyd, now a young adult, is enjoying this rare lull. Yet, as the Master of Green Energy and leader, he knows that calm in Ninjago is often the prelude to a storm. His ninja senses are alert, but he tries to relax. An invitation arrived at the monastery: a Christmas party is being held in the city's underworld, in a discreet bar called "The Yeti's Lair," run by a reformed minor villain. All ninjas are invited, as a sign of a "holiday truce." Lloyd hesitates. Is it a trap? A sincere gesture? Or worse: a clumsy attempt at normal social interaction he doesn't know how to handle?
