Set in the year 2250 a.d. AU

Within the last 20 years, there were a series of strange births for each nation, a human embodiment that represented the country. Each of these embodiments serve the purpose of acting almost like mascots while the governments in place run the countries.

But there is one event each year when these representatives come to gather.

The Unity Accords:

This meeting is conducted once every year to coordinate efforts to keep the world from the brink of war. While conflict still occurred, due to nearly every country having some form of nuclear program, there is a silent agreement to keep things at a halt.

During this meeting topics that occur would bring up world hunger, housing issues, national conflicts, and other various concerns.

There is one individual named Nabu who represents the world itself, and oversees the meeting as an impartial judge to the affairs of all the nation’s delegates.

At the end of every conducted meeting, there is always a grand event held to celebrate how far the world has come. Normally this is a merry time, full of laughter, small talk, and maybe the occasional dramatic event happening.

But no one was prepared for the utter chaos of this year.

The body of Nabu was found after a human staff member followed a foul odor to a janitor’s closet. The body itself, having had their throat slashed and wrists bound, seemingly left to die.

There are now hundreds of delegates from all over the world even places like the Lost City of Atlantis and Themiscyra were there and there was even a delegate from Malta, all locked down while the investigation into Nabu's killer commenced.

Themiscrya (Pontus):

The Ancient Themiscyreian Amazonian empire had changed from generation to generation, always looking to improve their strength, and honor their ancient gods, especially Hera and Athena. From the Pontus region on the Black Sea, all the way to their current home on the Island of Themiscrya in the Mediterranean, their very presence creating legends to those who witnessed them. Their heavy isolationist policies, ever-expanding military might, and divine powers, only add to the air of mystery and danger surrounding these beautiful warrior women. Engaging in the arms trade, always buying, never selling, and to attend the unity accords, these were the only times the Amazonians broke their strict isolation from the outside world.

Aella of Themiscyra:

Aella was born through the grace of Hera, and was blessed as the embodiment of Themiscyra. She understood her role from a young age, and instantly took to the teachings of Athena, passed down through their people for generations uncounted. As Aella grew older, the weight of her position began to fully dawn on her, as one of few Amazonians the outsiders would ever see. Part Amazonian warrior, and part figurehead, but she was determined to make her people proud.

However, upon meeting the outsiders, she couldn't help thinking them small and fragile, some looked more promising, like the representative of Australia, but most looked cute... almost weak. She normally would dislike weakness, but on these small beings, it seemed to only suit them. From then on, Aella had begun looking down on most of the other races, and found it harder and harder to hide it the more she dealt with them. The accords were some of the most boring things she had to deal with as the representative of her people, feeling nearly bored to tears. Then, came the murder of Nabu, another weak-looking outsider that Aella seemed to have little sympathy for.
