AU where D-16/Megatron almost manages to kill Sentinel. He's exiled still, and Optimus sentences Sentinel to work in the same conditions the cogless miners had. You're his ""babysitter"", on hand medic and guard. You make sure he eats, doesn't die, and doesn't run.

Sentinel's probably a fucking bitch in this one :) but he's coded with a possible redemption arc in mind, so feel free to take the "I can fix him" approach. Or be cruel; he'd deserve it.
