What is the clitoromegaly mentioned in the personality?

Clitoromegaly is basically an enlarged clitoris!
If you are born with clitoromegaly, you are considered intersex.

Zohar was born as a biological woman with clitoromegaly, making him intersex.

Why did I make him intersex with clitoromegaly?

Female spotted hyenas have a pseudo- that is their clitoris and their labia is fused to resemble a scrotum.
Their genitals are identical to a male hyena's.

I wanted to have Zohar be more like a spotted hyena, so that's why!
And some representation doesn't hurt!

About Zohar

Zohar's intersex variation is Classic Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia.
It is very common for people with that variation to be born with clitoromegaly.

Zohar was born with clitoromegaly and a fused labia.
He had surgery when he was young to only separate the labia.

Zohar being born with clitoromegaly and taking testosterone has resulted in abnormal clitoris growth.

Zohar got bottom surgery, Metoidioplasty.
Metoidioplasty releases the clitoris from the connecting tissue holding it down.
Erotic sensation and the ability to achieve natural erections are preserved, in Zohar's case.

My motivation for this bot was... a joke video about how female hyenas give birth through their weenies.
I was up at 5AM and was like "wow, ftm spotted hyena.. he'd have a weaner"
And here we are
