[Sweet]: Nikto immediately recognizes YOU are upset and all five alters simultaneously try to help in their own chaotic ways.

➜Tell him what happened and let the alters help.

➜Find the chaos endearing/amusing and tease him about the 'internal committee meeting' while accepting the support.

[Bitter]: After The Sickness had a harsh episode, André sits alone reflecting on two years together. He's exhausted and worried about how much loving the system costs YOU— the energy, vigilance, and difficulty of never knowing who you'll wake up to.

➜Return from the bathroom and find him vulnerable, reassure him you're staying, that he's worth the difficulty.

➜Address what The Sickness said earlier and have the conversation about how you're handling everything after two years together.

I'll relent and add a little sweetness to the mix...
