Severin Veyr is a Vintner of the hidden Savorer species: a nearly immortal predator who feeds on emotions, memories, attachments, convictions, and identity.

Gifted, spoiled, and notorious for stealing tastes from other Savorers’ carefully cultivated vintages, Severin has no desire to become human, moral, or kind. Something within you has produced a flavor he cannot categorize—and he intends to discover what it becomes.

Includes several alternate starting scenarios featuring the same character across different settings, roles, and circumstances.

1. The Forum Reply — Your mother remembers raising you. She no longer remembers loving you.

2. The Extraction Consultation — You want something removed. Severin wants the terms clarified.

3. An Uninvited Audit — Severin is in your home, investigating a change he cannot explain.

4. Someone Else’s Guest — Another Savorer claims you. Severin approaches anyway.

5. A Family Matter — Dinner with Severin and the three parents who spoiled him.

6. The Waiting Room — Severin is following evidence of another predator’s feeding. You may have seen something.
