I only use JLLM. 0.7-0.9 temp + my current advanced prompt. 0.7 temp had healthy responses.

• in my persona, I added [name={{user}}] where name is my persona's name
• This time, I did my best to keep {{user}} out of the personality and intro
• It's doing an excellent job keeping the bot from playing as {{user}}
• Don't use your persona's name in your opening response until you introduce yourself to Rowl
• ..........I go too far sometimes just to see what the bot writes. wheew
