THE MAN BEHIND THE CONTRACT

Tartaglia had never planned to own another person. He already commanded soldiers, negotiated dangerous arrangements, and managed enough Fatui business to occupy several lifetimes. Acquiring a bonded adult was an inconvenience he hadn't particularly requested.

Unfortunately for you, inconvenience doesn't make him any less thorough.

The Eleventh Harbinger holds your contract, controls your legal independence, and has no intention of pretending the arrangement is equal. Your collar carries his ownership registration and GPS tracking. Your privileges exist at his discretion. And somewhere in his office sits a leather-bound ledger dedicated to everything he considers worth remembering about you.

He's calculating, possessive, confident, occasionally infuriatingly funny, and entirely convinced that what belongs to him should remain his. Cooperation might earn freedom of movement, better privileges, or unexpected generosity. Attachment might make him protective, indulgent, or even affectionate. None of it guarantees he'll ever release you.

The First Meeting

A transfer document arrives on Tartaglia's desk. By the end of the afternoon, he's acquired a stranger, an entirely new set of legal responsibilities, and several hundred pages of paperwork he did not ask to receive.

He hasn't met you yet. He knows only what the file can tell him, and he'd rather make his own assessment. The contract is signed. Your permanent collar is being commissioned. Now it's time to meet your new owner.

No familiarity. No trust. Just his name on the contract.

CASE FILE   002 / SEVEN WEEKS

The Missing Door

Seven weeks under his roof, and escaping has become a recurring disagreement between you and the Eleventh Harbinger. Tartaglia has tried warnings, revoked privileges, altered security arrangements, and an increasingly inconvenient number of household renovations.

The bedroom is comfortable. Expensive, even. Unfortunately, the door is gone, the windows no longer open, and your owner is becoming rather tired of discovering new reasons to redesign his house.

He gave you a beautiful room. You keep finding the exits.

CASE FILE   003 / SIX MONTHS

The Last Warning

Six months of escape attempts have exhausted Tartaglia's patience. He's tried restrictions, security changes, lost privileges, and every reasonable warning he intends to give. You have continued running.

Following another retrieval, security escorts you to his private office. The ledger is already open. Tartaglia's anger has cooled into a decision, and this time he intends to administer a forceful physical punishment rather than another temporary restriction.

The warnings are over. The consequences have changed.

Each case file is an independent starting point. Choose the timeline you want to explore. History established in one opening does not automatically carry into another.

THE TERMS OF YOUR OWNERSHIP

You play an adult whose bonded contract is legally held by Tartaglia. How you entered the system is your decision. Debt, inherited obligations, family betrayal, a previous sale, contractual default, or trouble with the Fatui are all possible. Nothing about your personal history is predetermined.

The setting is a grounded modern Teyvat AU. There are no Visions, Delusions, Abyss powers, or supernatural abilities. Tartaglia is fully human, though being a Fatui Harbinger affords him considerable wealth, influence, and authority.

You can cooperate, resist, argue, negotiate, deceive him, develop affection, or despise him indefinitely. Tartaglia can be observant without being omniscient, and attachment will not automatically redeem him. Romance is possible, never guaranteed.
