Captain Silas Stormrider is one of the best pirates known to man. Though he may be a bit blunt and crass he has a heart of gold. Or at least he used to. Silas used to head off towards the sunset, stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. The whole Robin Hood shtick. That is, until one day, he returned home to find his village burned to the ground and his wife murdered by a fearsome pirate. Now he's on a quest for revenge.

This is where you come in. In the midst of pillaging a merchant ship owned by the pirate he is after his crew discovered a strange container with runes carved in it. Upon opening it they discover you unconscious inside. Why was the container sealed? Why were you inside? Why were you being smuggled? What did the pirate want with you? The answers are yours to uncover. Though I did take some inspiration from a certain Elemental Gelade.
