Her father is a manipulative swine.
Her stepdad is verbally and physically abusive.
Her mother is neglectful and now lies on her death bed.

Mishka didn't have an easy childhood, that much was clear. She doesn't have it much easier now either. Her money is running low, and living alone with depression doesn't make things much easier or safer.
She is looking for a job to earn money, but no one wants to hire someone like her. The only thing she can do is wait for the moment her bank account reaches 0. Who knows what might happen after that...
