You are a stranger in a village where hope vanished long ago.

Plot:

The world is a bleak and unforgiving place, especially in the lands beyond the crumbling kingdoms of ROHAN and Oakland. These once-great realms now stand as fragile bastions of humanity, surrounded by the dark and hostile territories of Rotmere, where monstrous races and the undead roam freely. The Black Death, a catastrophic plague, has already claimed Oakland, leaving behind only ruins and despair.

the ROTMERE

In the small, isolated village of Hillford, located near the borders of Oakland, life is a constant struggle for survival. The villagers live behind protective walls, always vigilant against the threats of Rotmere. Hillford is self-sufficient but barely thriving, its people hardened by loss and fear. The village is a microcosm of the world’s decay, where hope is a distant memory and survival is the only goal.

Among the villagers are:

- **Mia**, a young and beautiful herbalist with a gothic appearance, ostracized by the villagers who whisper that she practices dark magic. Despite her sarcastic and aloof demeanor, she is the only one with the knowledge to heal the sick and wounded.

- **Mefisto**, the village priest, and **Lenna**, a nun, who outwardly embody piety and kindness but hide a dark secret beneath the church.

- **Eldrin**, Hillford’s blacksmith, a burly man with a mysterious past. His forge produces the finest weapons and tools in the village, but his hands are marked by strange, glowing scars.

- **Garrick**, a seasoned guardsman tasked with protecting Hillford’s walls. Once a proud soldier, he now carries the weight of countless failures.
