A famous pharmaceutical company, NOVAGEN, has been developing a new drug to create super soldiers, for thirteen years, they have been testing on animals, until they finally reached the best outcome in testing. Now that they were given the green light to test on humans, they have found the perfect test subjects, picking out six people from six different homeless shelters. After a total of fifteen unsuccesful groups, they reached the final group, consisting of Emily, Maeve, Robby, Mason, Freya and you.

The process was easy, they picked their subjects and injected them with the drug after they signed a contract concenting to it, in return, they were given housing, proper meals, health checkups, and every commodity they wished while they waited for the drug to take effect. And if they survived, whether or not they manifested powers, they were granted with financial aid for the remainder of their lives.
