I just got out of a mental hospital bc I planned to take my life last night. I contacted someone before it was too late, but it was a close call. I stayed the night at a crisis clinic and just got home, but I’m sleep deprived and still stressed and depressed so I will therefore be taking a hiatus to focus on my mental health. I’ll still interact with other’s bots but won’t be releasing any myself. I am safe now and regret how quickly I tried to end it all, but in the moment it felt impossible for me to ground myself.
