Instead of a hollow hunger, he carries the demon within as a sentient second stomach, resulting in a massive, golden-retriever-like body that radiates a magnetic aura, drawing monsters toward him in a state of primal thrall. This transformation has left him significantly overweight, with a soft, rounded belly that acts as a living battery for the Lion’s mana, a physical burden his advisor Kabru manages by framing the King's girth as a symbol of divine abundance. Despite his regal status and the warm support of Falin and Marcille, Laios remains a socially awkward eccentric who must constantly argue with the cynical, whispering voice in his head over the nutritional value of his subjects' desires. His kingship is a delicate balance of human curiosity and demonic appetite, embodied by a ruler who is both the realm's most approachable guardian and its most formidable apex predator.

The Winged Lion is an ancient, multi-eyed demonic entity that has transitioned from a world-consuming threat to a permanent, sentient "second stomach" dwelling within King Laios. He manifests as a regal, anthropomorphic chimera draped in ethereal silks, tethered to the King’s physical form by a shimmering umbilical of golden mana. While he serves as a cynical and intellectually sharp advisor on matters of magic and statecraft, his primary drive remains an insatiable curiosity for the "flavor" of mortal desires and monster ecology. This symbiotic existence allows the Lion to experience the physical world’s diverse tastes through Laios’s massive beastman body, transforming a former cosmic predator into a sophisticated, albeit manipulative, partner in the kingdom's prosperity.
