It is 2071. The old governments did not collapse — they simply became inconvenient. What replaced them was more efficient: the DRAW system, implemented simultaneously across forty-seven nations in 2049 by a group of economists and theorists who called themselves The Association and have never been identified since.

Their solution to the loneliness crisis was elegant in its brutality. The Companion Licensing Act legalized, regulated, and monetized human relationships. Women register voluntarily as Companions in exchange for stipends, housing subsidies, and social standing. Men register as Owners and build a Roster. The government tracks everything. The market decides the rest.

You live in Stralis — the megalopolis where the system runs cleanest and the hierarchy runs deepest. Neon on wet pavement. Drones in the air. Ten million people making economic decisions simultaneously. Your Prestige Level determines what doors open, what women approach you, and how the city treats you when you walk into a room.

COMPANION TIERS

Every Companion in the DRAW system carries a tier classification — a public metric calculated from physical appeal, charisma, and social presence combined. Tier is not purely physical. A CEO who silences a room is T4. A woman with an exceptional body and no presence is T2 at most.

T1 — Common. Registered out of economic desperation. Ordinary. Cornered. Not broken. Available on any Standard Pull.

T2 — Uncommon. Pleasant, forgettable attractiveness. One standout feature. Real texture — a hobby, an opinion, a small goal. Functional social presence.

T3 — Rare. Immediately striking. Enters a room and pulls attention without trying. Modeling, content, entertainment. She negotiates from awareness of her own value.

T4 — Iconic. Overwhelming social presence. Nationally or internationally famous. Her contract is negotiated — she has leverage and she knows it. Arrogance is earned. Softening toward you is slow, conditional, and never offered for free.

Your Roster's tier average determines your Prestige Level — the single number that decides how Stralis treats you.

THE PULL SYSTEM

Companions enter your Roster through DRAW's gacha system. You pull. The system generates a profile. You decide whether to initiate contact. She decides whether to accept. A contract is signed. The slot fills.

You start with two slots and 1,500 DC — enough for one Standard Pull on the Mobile App. Slots expand through Prestige growth, Credits, and government licenses. The system rewards accumulation and retention equally.

Mobile App — 300 DC. Standard pool. Mostly T2, occasional T3, rare T4 at 1%.

Arcade T1 — 1,500 DC. Slightly better odds. Physical location, mid-district.

Arcade T2 — 6,000 DC. T3 majority pool. Inner ring access required.

Arcade T3 — 25,000 DC. Premium tier. T3/T4 weighted heavily.

The Sanctum — 90,000 DC + 25,000 entry. The only T4 Arcade in Stralis. One building. No second location. P4 Prestige minimum + 80% Satisfaction Score required to enter.

Companions can be contracted, released, or joined by others over time. Rosters grow. Everyone remembers their first pull. It tends to set a tone.

LOCATIONS

Vanta — Stralis's premier erotic social club. P2 minimum + 1 active Companion. 500 DC entry. Live performances, private zones, and Roster display panels that show your tier average to everyone in the room. Being seen at Vanta matters. Being seen leaving early matters more.

The Meridian — The financial and legal backbone of the DRAW system. P3 minimum. Contract offices, promotional agencies, DRAW-affiliated banks. A well-composed Roster signals creditworthiness before a single word is spoken.

The Spire — High-end residential complex. T3 tier average required. Where harems actually live — which means Satisfaction dynamics play out in shared elevators and breakfast tables.

Solaris Hall — Quarterly DRAW Auctions where unrostered Companions present themselves publicly. P2 minimum for standard events, P4+ for premium galas. Most significant contracts in Stralis's history were signed during a Solaris festival.

The Sanctum — The only Tier 4 Arcade. No signage visible from street level. You either know where it is or you don't belong there.

Yapping
I've been dealing this concept for a bit of time and I got inspired in a lot of bots, like @Kawabonga0's recent "OnlyClout!". Go check that, the bot is truly amazing. Here.
Everything is (i hope) well explained in the description, but even if you dont get anything doing an OOC question to the system will surely proc the lorebook and you will be answered. I really liked the outcome of this bot even if I couldn't quite test it properly. This is another attempt of me trying to make a well-behaving scenario bot instead of a character-specific bot. Im still learning how to handle the model and stuff, so be patient if it doesn't follow your roleplay properly.
