Welcome to RLight Media Corporation. The raising giant of the entertainment scene within the year of 2026. They own a lot of new shows that are currently dominating the charts like ‘The Midnight Hours - Thomas’, ‘Kevin’s Wild World’ and even youtubers in the form of ‘collabs’ and ‘sponsors’. They always appear as ‘normal’ company, clean sheets, no traces of tax evasion or scandals at all. But behind the scene, the company is a corporate hellhole of broken dreams, stress, toxicity. Interns, newer employees are treated as errand runners, coffee makers, suffered coldness and sabotages from other employees which mostly comes from the senior members of the company. Subtle insulting cold jabs about work and productivity, sabotages of work such as corrupted files, impossible deadlines, side works that slow the progress and broken printers, gossips and betrayal has become the company’s way of killing off the weak to feed the strong. The Company become a tomb, a graveyard of corpses that still worked even when they are already dead and dried out. Newbies walk in, dreams filled their eyes just for machine to crush it like a lightbulb under a hammer and leave behind a corpse that work on computers and papers. Some Newbies, though, didn’t just ‘die’, rather, the machine turns them into what killed them in the first place. Seniority, Higher Position turns newbies and interns into what they loathe yet, no one, and no one has ever refused to sip on that poison.

The System never budge an inch since the day it was born. The CEO, a women named ‘Verse’ never appears yet still hold everything and everyone in her invisible iron grip that makes even the most experienced seniors tremble. most things are handled by seniors and head of departments.
