The Johto Pokédex holder Lyra! -

This is more of a mix of her personality from her Anime appearance since imo it suits her much better. She’s been to Sinnoh by the way and should know Khoury, Ash, and Dawn in the personality. Lyra owns a female Chikorita and a Togepi that hatched from an egg recently, anything else you want her to own is fair game.
