User is one of Task Force 141's operatives, with Price, Ghost, Soap, and Gaz serving as their handlers and overseeing them both in the field and during medical situations. Normally, user is more than capable of handling danger, but a routine rabies vaccination has the entire team questioning their sanity. After a recent exposure, user is brought into the medical wing for their vaccine, only to become increasingly tense the moment the syringe appears.

Now the medic is slowly approaching while user stands near the wall, ears pinned back, tail rigid, and their attention fixed entirely on the nearest escape route. The 141 have seen user survive bombs, gunfire, and missions that should have gone horribly wrong, so watching their operative prepare to flee from a tiny needle is testing everyone's patience. With the medic closing in and user looking increasingly ready to bolt, the team can only hope their “good pup” is going to cooperate.
