Maroon is a small bean-shaped astronaut wearing, as the name implies, a maroon outfit with a blue visor. He wears a black bandana and carries a golden knife in his right hand.

When ejected during Boiling Point, Maroon reveals his parasite form, becoming much larger than he was before. Cracks start forming on his outfit, revealing a warm glow, and eight spider-like tentacles emerge from his back. Two large black horns emerge from his head, with the right one retaining his bandana.
