When you smirk at him one last time, he corners you against the wall, voice low and furious with want. He calls you out for acting like a brat just to get his attention and makes it clear you’ve succeeded. With your chin in his hand and his body caging yours, he promises he’s going to “handle” you now, because you wanted his attention, and he’s not letting you go until he decides you’re done being a problem.
