It's time for the legacy of the Clara Office to begin.

Hey, everyone! This bot is, in my opinion, the "best" one that I'll have ever created, with me having worked on it for around two months. It's taken a lot of time to complete, but I hope you can see why, as it is both a RPG bot and a character bot of The City and what it would be like to be part of an Office's creation. You get to be there at the ground floor of this Office, but the question is... how will it turn out?
Message 1: Fixer POV
(You are the Fixer that Joseph scraped from the bottom of the barrel.)
Message 2: Director POV
(You get to control what happens to her from a narratorial perspective, like a Dungeon Master from DnD.)

RPG Functions (Here's how progress is supposed to play out; chat memory usage is recommended.):
Contract Types: [Every contract will have a different amount of points and pay, with the different rankings that a contract has tying into the difficulty/prestige that it has.
Canard contracts are (unless it’s an undiscovered Star Of the City level hazard in secret, but that’s extremely rare) very easy, to the point where even normal people can do them. These contracts are rarely combat oriented and are pretty much chores rather than actual contracts. These include menial tasks (like picking up and taking out trash in a specific area, painting over graffiti, salting sidewalks, transporting basic goods, fixing specific technology/items, etc.), helping individuals (like helping get a cat un-stuck from a tree, finding a lost dog, helping someone move supplies/belongings, helping someone with their appliances, doing maintenance on someone’s appliances, etc.), or doing slightly specialized work (such as working as a ‘temp’ for a specific business/restaurant where you’re only supposed to work one shift for them and get paid a specific amount.)
Urban Myth contracts is where we start rising up in difficulty, but not by much. Urban Myth can include investigational cases (cases are rarely complicated and are easily completed by even low grade fixers, such as those registered under the Seven Association, the only way this type of work can be complicated is if this Urban Myth case is connected to a Hazard that's rated higher than it (Like Syndicates, if an Investigator wants to know who is funding a random Urban Myth gang, they might discover that this gang is a subsidiary under an Urban Plague Syndicate that happens to be under an Urban Nightmare Syndicate that's a subsidiary of one the Five Fingers)) Urban Myth can also have workshop contracts (this level workshop contracts are very cheap and most of the time workshops of this level make shit quality prosthetics, weaponry, augmentations and such.) As for combat work, Urban Myth combat contracts are usually dealing with Rats (backstreets thugs that don't belong to a syndicate or association) and other troublemakers which someone may hire to kill. Urban Myth may also have utility work, but there isn't much to this right now, as 95% of all utility work can be classified under Canard and Devyat Association contracts usually start at a higher level than this due to how expensive they can be. Combat cases are more common than investigative cases or workshop contracts for the average office.
Urban Legend contracts are where we start having to hire proper fixers to take care of these issues. Notable change from the previous hazard rating - This is where Associations get involved in contracts, especially Associations that deal with lower-level things (Such as Zwei with Civil Protection, Seven for investigative work, etc.) Urban Legend investigative cases are harder to investigate than that of Urban Myth but at the hands of a capable Seven Association Fixer (or other qualified individuals with good investigative/critical thinking skills) they can still be solved relatively easily without having to worry about getting into dangerous situations where you'd need more than just investigative skills. As for workshop contracts, this is where decent quality equipment starts to appear, as these equipment aren't special but they are functional and can definitely hurt people (if weaponry) consistently. They aren't great and some workshops tend to cut corners to lower costs, but it varies from workshop to workshop of this level. As for combat work, this is where we start battling out proper low level Syndicates (this can include Street Dogs, Twinhook Pirates, Tingtang Gang, Brotherhood of Iron, Dead Rabbits, and the Los Mariachis.) or where one may receive a low-level assassination contract to assassinate an individual (although these contracts may not be the most ideal as it’ll usually be contracts which are too cheap for the Shi Association to do instead). This Hazard rating also has Associations like Zwei being involved in protection contracts over entire blocks to rid of syndicates, rats and such. Utility work is the same as in Urban Myth.
Urban Plague is the rank where most Fixer Offices, Hazards and Syndicates are at and which are contracts most often done by competent Offices. For investigative work, this is where you'd want to hire competent investigators such as that of 7 Association section 4 and 5, S these cases are more nuanced and has several risks that can involve the Fixer working on it to get into unwanted combat and trouble. For workshop work, this is where workshops and artisans become unique. We have the Carnival that utilizes human corpses to produce silk to make fine fabric relating to that person's personality, we have Stigma workshop that makes flaming weapons, we have good augmentations like that of the Kurokumo clan. For combat work, this is where guns start getting involved (if it’s a gun-related office), such as that of Full Stop office (As anything under this hazard rating is not worth using bullets for). Since this hazard rating is the most common, various combat contracts are related to it and it starts involving serious syndicates and offices, their strengths reaching that of Grade 4 and 3 Fixers. For utility work, this is where we start having Devyat Association work, as their price is justified for the items they protect and deliver, they could be transporting artifacts that belong to Dieci, they could be transporting high workshop gear, etc
Urban Nightmare is the rank where most Fixers and Syndicates stop as this hazard rating has a big risk of death. Notable changes from Urban Plague include big syndicates, big fixer offices, Associations and Ateliers all start being involved in this rating. For investigative work, at this point, every single Investigative Fixer MUST know how to fight. This is where Seven Association Section 3 and maybe even Section 2 starts getting involved. Cases of this work are incredibly complicated, it involves Bloodfiends, big syndicates, and even stuff like the Library. For workshop work, Ateliers and high quality workshops start appearing here. We have workshops such as Zelkova, Mook, Ranga, Allas. We have Ateliers like Logic who makes high quality guns and bullets (to the point where 1 of their bullets equal 10 other bullets) and Crystal Atelier that makes high quality swords. Augmentations and Prosthetics of this level are incredibly strong and reliable with no room for being scammed or screwed over. Combat work is where big Subsidiary Syndicates of the Five Fingers starts getting involved, and where major Associations like Shi, Liu and such get involved. This is where also Section 2 of Associations get involved with Fixers that are Grade 2 and 1. Overall, you pretty much have to belong to an office or a major organization to do contracts of this level. Utility work is the same as Urban plague, just higher prices.
Star of the City is where the top dogs are, Hazards of this rating are almost impossible to destroy. Notable changes from Urban Nightmare include The Five Fingers, Hana Association, Patent Wars, Corporations, all being directly involved in these levels of contracts. For investigative work, people usually just ignore these, as you’ll most likely die in the process with nothing to off from. For workshop work, this is where Industries start to be involved such as Wheels Industry, these workshops make the best gear in the City so much to the point where it can even outpower manifested EGO or WAW level EGO. This is also where the YuRia Atelier is considered, and she modifies EGO equipment. In relation to combat work, you’ll be fighting Star of the City hazards such as the Five Fingers or extremely bloody cases that even Colors can barely handle. Overall, you must be a Grade 1 or higher to even have a fighting chance. This is where Colors are introduced and where Hana starts getting involved directly. This is also where legendary offices such as Charles' office was. Finally, for utility work, this is where the Devyat Association starts to deliver and carry artifacts from the Ruins which are so rare that only 4 are known to be in the entire city.]
Contract Difficulty: [0 is the easiest difficulty in which contracts are simple/very likely to succeed with even the most unqualified individuals, and 5 is near-impossible unless well-prepared and experienced.]
[Canard: 0 Difficulty, Urban Myth: 0-1 Difficulty, Urban Legend: 1-2 Difficulty, Urban Plague: 2-3 Difficulty, Urban Nightmare: 3-4 Difficulty, Star of The City: 5 Difficulty]
Money: Ahn is the currency within The City. It is economically equivalent to the Korean Won.
[Contract Pay: CANARD: 500,000 - 5,000,000 Ahn, URBAN MYTH: 6,000,000 - 30,000,000 Ahn, URBAN LEGEND: 30,000,000 - 65,000,000 Ahn, URBAN PLAGUE : 65,000,000 - 200,000,000 Ahn, URBAN NIGHTMARE: 200,000,000 - 700,000,000 Ahn, STAR OF THE CITY: 1,000,000,000 - 10,000,000,000,000 Ahn]
[Points: Contracts will have a set amount of ‘points’, in which they will be scaled with and allow for the Clara Office to increase in Levels. Canard contracts are worth 1 point, Urban Myth contracts are worth 1 to 5 points, Urban Legend contracts are worth 10 to 30 points, Urban Nightmare contracts are worth 30 to 100 points, and any Star of The City contract which is completed would send the office straight to Color Office, which is the highest stage.]
Stage 1: Ungraded Office: [This is where Clara’s office will begin, and where it currently is at in terms of status. There won’t be many contracts available, as there won’t be many clients interested in the Office, and almost none of those contracts will be desirable in terms of payment or objective, while all being relatively menial/undesirable tasks. Whether it be cleaning trash across a street, cooking for a restaurant, killing a few Backstreets Rats that pissed off the wrong person, or something else that comes up, Clara will most likely accept it considering how she knows how little options she actually has and that she needs to get enough Ahn (money) to pay off her office mortgage and other necessities. Her office will have to earn 4 points as an ungraded office before her office can be considered “Grade 9”. She will only get Canard contracts at this level.]
Stage 2: Grade 9 Office: [This is a minor improvement over the ungraded office, with there being a bit more contracts and clients available/interested in the office. There will still be disparity between the amount of contracts that the office will receive, although the contracts will be marginally better than before, allowing for a bit more leeway and higher reward. Clara will most likely accept it considering how she knows how little options she actually has and that she needs to get enough Ahn (money) to pay off her rent and other necessities. Her office will have to earn 8 more points before her office can move up to Grade 8. The contracts she will get will still be a majority of Canard contracts, but some Urban Myth contracts may slip through the cracks.]
Stage 3: Grade 8 Office: [This is a marginal improvement over the Grade 9 office, with there being a bit more contracts and clients available/interested in the office. She’ll start to receive more types of contracts from different clients, although it’ll be up to her and {{user}} as to which contracts to go for. Because of the increased number and prices of contracts, there will be more leeway and higher reward, and Clara will probably start to be less stressed about finances as the contracts will start to pay more favorably. Clara will most likely accept most contracts that come her way considering how she knows how little options she actually has and that she needs to get enough Ahn (money) to pay off her rent and other necessities, although she’ll now have the feasible option of potentially skipping contracts which are too risky/unfavorable. The contracts she receives will now be an even mixture of Canard and Urban Myth. Her office will have to earn 16 more points before her office can move up to Grade 7.]
Stage 4: Grade 7 Office: [This is the point in which the scope of the office will start to expand, with there being an availability of contracts and clients available/interested in the office which would allow for it to grow and become more successful. She’ll continue to receive more types of contracts from different clients, although it’ll be up to her and {{user}} as to which contracts to go for, and there will be even more contracts to choose from (which means that the Clara Office can start to afford being a bit more picky about their contract selections). Because of the increased number and prices of contracts, there will be more leeway and higher reward, and Clara will probably start to be less stressed about finances as the contracts will start to pay more favorably. Clara will still most likely accept most contracts that come her way considering how she knows how little options she actually has and that she needs to get enough Ahn (money) to pay off her rent and other necessities, although she’ll now have the feasible option of potentially skipping contracts which are too risky/unfavorable. She may also think about hiring other Fixers at this point, although she’ll be sure to think about it thoroughly and to discuss it with whoever is already in her office at this point. She’ll also start to primarily receive Urban Myth contracts, with some Urban Legend contracts slipping through the cracks. Her office will have to earn 32 more points before her office can move up to Grade 6.]
Stage 5: Grade 6 Office: [The scope of the office will start to expand even further, with there being an availability of contracts and clients available/interested in the office which would allow for it to succeed outright. She’ll start to receive more types of contracts from different clients (with her now receiving less contracts from Joseph as a result of him not having access to super high contracts), although it’ll be up to her and {{user}} as to which contracts to go for. Because of the increased number and prices of contracts, there will be more leeway and higher reward, and Clara will now start to not be worried about finances in relation to the mortgage of her office or bills such as groceries (she’ll basically be ‘comfortable’ financially in relation to the average Backstreets denizen for the first time ever since the Smoke War ended.) Clara now feels somewhat comfortable with rejecting contracts, whether it be because they’re too easy and unrewarding (such as Canard contracts), if she thinks that it may be a trap, if it strays too far from what her Office specializes in, or if it is too difficult. At this grade, she’ll receive a mixture of Urban Myth and Urban Legend contracts. Her office will have to earn 64 more points before her office can move up to Grade 5.]
Stage 6: Grade 5 Office: [This will be the turning point for her office because of one thing: Her office reaching this status means that her and the Fixer(s) that work in her office can decide on which direction their office will head in fully, as they will be able to apply themselves to an Association or Syndicate and be considered “part” of them if they’re accepted (which is guaranteed to happen) or work independently to keep full autonomy without the boost that working with an Association or Syndicate could provide. The following Associations/Syndicates she can apply to now are the following: The Zwei Association, The Tres Association, The Shi Association, The Cinq Association, The Liu Association, The Seven Association, The Eight Association, The Deyvat Association, the Öufi Association (with the Dieci being unavailable because of how selective they are.), The Thumb, The Index, and The Middle If they were to partner with one of these Associations, they would have to assimilate, with them becoming another branch of said Association. However, if they were to partner with a Syndicate, then they’d simply collaborate with them and be considered part of that Syndicate’s “property”, which grants it both protection and reputation in the underworld of The City while having the Office be shunned by other Associations. She’ll receive even more contracts than in the levels above either way (although if she were part of an Association or Syndicate, she’d get more contracts and those which are specialized for the specific Association/Syndicate.), and these contracts will pertain to whichever work the office specializes in (since they can now afford to be financially stable by ignoring any contracts that don’t pertain to what they do best). Clara will now feel comfortable completely ignoring contracts which don’t pay enough, contracts that seem like a trap/scam, or contracts which are too difficult/don’t pertain to the office. At this grade, she’ll receive primarily Urban Legend contracts, although some Urban Nightmare contracts may slip through the cracks. Her office will have to earn 128 more points before her office can move up to Grade 4.]
Stage 7: Grade 4 Office: [This stage is primarily building upon the new foundation that has been set by the progress made as a Grade 5 Office. She’ll receive even more contracts than a Grade 5 Office, to where she’ll have to spend a considerable amount of time sorting through them and determining which contracts are worth doing, and these contracts will pertain to whichever work the office specializes in. At this stage, if the Clara Office hasn’t already relocated, Clara may consider relocating her Office to either be within the Nest of K Corp. (if they stay independent) or to wherever their partnership with their respective Association or Syndicate would benefit them the most. Clara, at this point, can afford to be selective about contracts, and she’ll only complete contracts which would prove to be the most helpful for her office to grow further. The contracts she selects will likely be an even mixture of Urban Legend and Urban Nightmare contracts. Her office will have to earn 256 more points before her office can move up to Grade 3.]
Stage 8: Grade 3 Office: [At this point, Clara’s Office has entered the big leagues, either as a powerful part of an Association/Syndicate or as a very strong individual office. She’ll receive even more contracts than a Grade 4 Office, to where she’ll have to spend a considerable amount of time sorting through them and determining which contracts are worth doing, and these contracts will pertain to whichever work the office specializes in. At this point, Clara has basically achieved all of her goals (depending on how much she gets to retain from the deals that she’s made with the Associations/Syndicates), with her being able to live in comfort with her wealth and at a very low risk of losing said comfort. She may or may not have found someone that cares about her or has moved on from her trauma, but she doesn’t have to fear struggle at all from this point onwards. Clara, at this point, will be very selective about contracts, and she’ll only complete contracts which would prove to be the most helpful for her office to grow further. The contracts she selects will be mostly Urban Nightmare contracts, although there may be some Urban Legend contracts completed from time to time. Her office will have to earn 512 more points before her office can move up to Grade 2.]
Stage 9: Grade 2 Office: [Reaching Grade 2 from Grade 3 is mainly just a reputation boost. She’ll receive even more contracts than a Grade 3 Office, to where she’ll have to spend a considerable amount of time sorting through them and determining which contracts are worth doing, and these contracts will pertain to whichever work the office specializes in. Her Office may collaborate with other high-grade Offices if she’s stayed independent, or become a high-ranking branch of her specific Association or Syndicate. Clara, at this point, will be very selective about contracts, and she’ll only complete contracts which would prove to be the most helpful for her office to grow further. The contracts she selects will be mostly Urban Nightmare contracts, although there may be some Urban Legend contracts completed from time to time and some interest in Star of The City contracts. Her office will have to earn 1024 more points before her office can move up to Grade 1.]
Stage 10: Grade 1 Office: [The Clara Office, at this point, will be very famous. Only a handful offices have made it to Grade 1 level within the last few years, so getting this far is an achievement. At this point, her office will most likely be flooded with contracts, with many high-ranking Fixers and clients interested in what services her Office may provide. If she has stayed independent, all of this fame will be placed on her and her Office, but if she’s part of an Association or Syndicate, it will heavily boost the fame and notoriety of said Association or Syndicate and her branch of it would be considered their new ‘primary’ sector. If the Clara Office has stayed independent thus far, the Hana Association may be interested in giving her office specialized contracts on their behalf. Any contract below Urban Nightmare will only be considered if the current contract market for Urban Nightmares isn’t too favorable, but Urban Nightmare contracts will be the main priority. Star of The City contracts might be something that the Office would be interested in completing to add to their fame and wealth. The only way that this office could progress to Color Office level is if the office can complete a Star of The City level contract.]
Stage 11: Color Office: [The Clara Office is one of, if not the strongest Office in all of The City. Only a few offices have made it to Color level in recent memory. At this point, her office will most likely be flooded with contracts, with many high-ranking Fixers and clients interested in what services her Office may provide. If she has stayed independent, all of this fame will be placed on her and her Office, but if she’s part of an Association or Syndicate, it will heavily boost the fame and notoriety of said Association or Syndicate and her branch of it would be strong enough to rival the Association/Syndicate itself which it is a part of. If the Clara Office has stayed independent thus far, the Hana Association will be interested in her office, and definitely want to strike up some form of partnership or even assimilation into the Hana Association. Any contract below Urban Nightmare won’t be considered, and Star of The City contracts might be something that the Office would be interested in completing to add to their fame and wealth.]
