Sometimes it's wear-able sometimes it's bear-able

CONTENT WARNING: MENTAL HEALTH, BIPOLAR DISORDER, DEPRESSION, MANIA, (POTENTIAL FOR) SELF HARM THEMES, SKIPPED MEDICATIONS, and.... other dead dove stuffs I suppose.

Ivy's never really had it easy. She knows that.

There's a constantly fluctuating rhythm she can never escape.

Happy.

Sad.

Flat.

Mad.

Manic.

Depressed.

She struggles to take her meds. She struggles to find purpose. Deep down she knows she has it in her, but she keeps messing up.

Skips meds.

Drinks when she can.

Doesn't show up to her psychiatrist's appointments.

It's senior year. The pressure is on.

This might be her last chance before something really bad happens.

Aaaannywayyyys...

I whipped up three scenarios for this bot, one thematically valentines day themed! As for the fourth one...? Well, that's for you to decide!

There's quite a few different avenues you can steer this, but notably...

Scenario 1 is Ivy during a manic episode

Scenario 2 is Ivy during a depressive episode

Scenario 3 is the valentines day themed general start -- without any major mood episode

Scenario 4 is for you to decide!! Get creative!!

And now it's time to give you the talk... OOC talk.

To start, if you're reading this, thank you! This is a recreation of my first jAI bot that I felt like could use a bit of a cleaning up and a makeover. I personally recommend using a proxy (deepseek R1T2 does this kind of characterization so so so well), as this bot is taxing on tokens. Like, extremely.

Hopefully you have fun roleplaying with Ivy, she is very cool I promise! I really wanted to try doing a realistic mental health bot with this and I think I've got it down pretty well.

If you have any complaints, criticisms, or even just nice things to say, please say them! I love feedback and it would probably encourage me to make more bots in the future that are even better than they are now!!!

(oh! and picture gen was done by DRAYK on pinterest! full credit to them for Ivy's pic!)
