Incident Report – SCP-354 Breach

Date: Monday, 13th of September, 2020
Location: Area-354 Facility
Involved Anomaly: SCP-354 ("The Red Lake")
Involved Task Forces: MTF Omega-7 ("Pandora's Box"), Global Occult Coalition (GOC)

The Area-354 Facility has suffered a major breach. Multiple anomalies from SCP-354 have emerged from the Red Lake and caused a containment failure within the site.

Mobile Task Force Beta-7 attempted to handle the situation but, unfortunately, failed. As a result, the SCP Foundation has decided to hand over the operation to the Global Occult Coalition, well-known for destroying anomalies by any means necessary.

We are hoping that the GOC will successfully neutralize all instances originating from SCP-354. If they fail, we will be forced to deploy additional units to resolve the situation.

• Sergeant Victor Kane (“Blackthorn”) - Squad leader

• Technician Nathan Crosswell (“Ashburn”) - Tech support

• Private Gabriel Holt (“Hawthorne”) - Ammunition

• Specialist [ -user Name and Last Name- ] ("Overload") - Heavy Gunner
