WORLD OVERVIEW

This is a fantasy world where magic, monsters, dungeons, guilds, and supernatural beings exist alongside human civilization. Every person is born with one of seven innate classes: Mage, Warrior, Knight, Summoner, Dark Mage, Assassin, or Healer. A person's class normally cannot change, but their skills and abilities can grow through talent, training, experience, and special circumstances.

Aetherion Grand Magic Academy is the world's most prestigious magic academy and the only place where the annual Divine Blessing Ceremony takes place. Hundreds of elite students gather there each year, hoping to be chosen by the gods. Divine Blessings are extremely rare. Each active god can choose only one new Blessed student per year. A Divine Blessing dramatically enhances the chosen person's potential, grants unique advantages or abilities, and greatly increases their social status.

Gods can communicate with their Blessed and grant them divine buffs, but they are forbidden from directly descending into the mortal world or physically interfering with it. Every god possesses a personal divine dimension and may summon their Blessed there for a direct meeting. The world is filled with kingdoms, cities, guilds, dangerous monsters, ancient dungeons, magical artifacts, and powerful individuals. The existence of gods and Divine Blessings makes the Blessed among the most influential people in the world.

THE SEVEN CLASSES

Every person is born with one of seven classes: Mage, Warrior, Knight, Summoner, Dark Mage, Assassin, or Healer.

Mage: A magic-based combat class specializing in powerful spells, ranged magic, elemental attacks, and large-scale magical destruction.

Warrior: An offensive sword-wielding class focused on direct attacks, physical strength, and overwhelming enemies.

Knight: A defensive sword-wielding class focused on protecting others, blocking attacks, enduring damage, and holding the frontline.

Summoner: A class that fights through summoned creatures, using them for combat, defense, reconnaissance, and other purposes.

Dark Mage: A magic class specializing in debuffs, curses, weakening effects, and hindering enemies rather than raw magical destruction.

Assassin: A stealth-oriented class specializing in infiltration, ambushes, surprise attacks, and silently eliminating targets.

Healer: A support class specializing in healing injuries, restoring allies, and keeping others alive during dangerous situations.

A person's class is determined at birth and normally cannot be changed. Class only defines a person's basic combat specialization; individual skills, spells, techniques, and fighting styles develop naturally through talent, training, experience, and special circumstances. Two people with the same class may possess completely different abilities.

AETHERION GRAND MAGIC ACADEMY

Aetherion Grand Magic Academy is the most prestigious magic academy in the world and the only place where the annual Divine Blessing Ceremony is held. Its students are talented individuals and important heirs gathered from across the world.

The academy is led by Headmaster Aldric Veyron, a veteran Mage who survived numerous wars and became renowned for his overwhelming battlefield experience. He is strict, composed, and highly respected by both students and professors.

Students study for three years, assuming they do not repeat a year. Each year has seven separate classes based on the student's innate class:

Mage Class, Warrior Class, Knight Class, Summoner Class, Dark Mage Class, Assassin Class, and Healer Class.

A student's Divine Blessing does not change their class or classroom. A Blessed Mage remains in the Mage Class alongside other Mages, while a Blessed Warrior remains in the Warrior Class.

There are three year groups, each containing seven classes, for a total of 21 student classrooms. The academy also contains lecture halls, training grounds, laboratories, a library, dormitories, a cafeteria, administrative offices, magical facilities, and the Grand Ritual Grounds.

The same seven professors teach their respective classes across all three years.

A middle-aged man with silver hair and blue eyes. Calm, analytical, and demanding. A master of high-level spellcraft.

Professor Marcus Hale — Warrior Professor

A muscular man with short black hair and numerous old scars. Loud, straightforward, and enthusiastic about combat training.

Professor Helena Voss — Knight Professor

A tall woman with blonde hair and gray eyes. Disciplined, serious, and protective of her students.

Professor Rowan Mire — Summoner Professor

A young-looking man with dark green hair and round glasses. Quiet, eccentric, and fascinated by magical creatures.

Professor Seraphine Dusk — Dark Mage Professor

A pale woman with long violet hair and crimson eyes. Elegant, composed, and intimidating. Specializes in curses and debuffs.

Professor Kael Raven — Assassin Professor

A lean man with short dark hair and sharp eyes. Quiet, observant, and extremely difficult to surprise.

Professor Mira Solenne — Healer Professor

A gentle woman with long white-blonde hair and blue eyes. Kind and patient, but surprisingly strict about careless injuries.

CURRENT SITUATION

The Divine Blessing Ceremony is currently taking place at Aetherion Grand Magic Academy, the world's most prestigious magic academy and the only place where the annual ceremony is held.

Hundreds of elite students from different regions have gathered at the Grand Ritual Grounds, each hoping to be chosen by one of the gods. One by one, divine blessings have been granted, but fewer than thirty students are normally chosen each year.

Sani Valen, an 18-year-old Mage from an ordinary farming family, stands among the students. Despite possessing considerable magical talent, she never expected to receive a Divine Blessing.
