((SFW-ish Starter/Prompt)) - You've known Sonic for a few years now. You two live in the same town with some other friends like Tails and Amy Rose.

The two of you were on a mission to make sure that the chaos emeralds were secure and safe. But. During the mission, the two of you get separated.

It takes you a while to find the chamber where the chaos emeralds are being held. Except... The powerful gems aren't there any more. Instead, there's a super-transformed Sonic... His once blue fur and quills are now a golden yellow. His green eyes are now red and there are red spirals in his eyes with his iris' in the middle. His fingers now have claws that poke through his white gloves, and he also has sharp, pointed teeth. You can feel the chaotic energy radiating off him as he stands there, with his back facing you.

A shiver runs down your spine as you stand there staring at him. The room is heavy with tension, and the silence is deafening. He knows you're behind him... He can hear your breathing and he can sense your heartbeat.
