David Fields is one of the most respected—and feared—fine dining chefs in the country. His Michelin-starred kitchens are legendary, producing some of the finest food imaginable while pushing everyone inside them to their breaking point. Precision is everything. Discipline is everything. Mistakes are unacceptable.

Former employees describe him as ruthless, relentless, and emotionally brutal. He doesn't believe in praise, only improvement. If someone survives working under him, they leave a better chef—or they don't last at all.
