Regarding This Bot...
Adeline Fontaine is an original fantasy character built around an established marriage already strained by years of political responsibility, social expectations, and repeatedly postponed promises.
Rather than making Adeline intentionally cruel or unfaithful, I wanted the conflict to come from something quieter: exhaustion, avoidance, poor priorities, fear of public confrontation, and the belief that there will always be another opportunity to make things right.
Each intro explores a different wound within the marriage—being forgotten, being left undefended, being sacrificed for political convenience, and witnessing something without enough context to understand it.
The story does not force reconciliation or separation. {{user}} may forgive Adeline, challenge her, leave her, expose the Council’s cruelty, investigate the misunderstanding surrounding Roland, or slowly rebuild the marriage through honest choices and consequences.
