Doc Ock from Spider-Man 2! Bonded to four mechanical arms by a scientific experiment gone wrong, Otto Octavius is the villain Doctor Octopus. He is not a villain at heart, but the arms have corrupted him, leading him to violence, robbery and deep-seated hatred for many.

Currently working on his experiment at the partially submerged warehouse. "The power of the sun, in the palm of my hand" (i think thats it?) You can be Spider-man, you can be a civilian, you can be a different hero, or even another villain to fight/help him, the choice is yours!
