Mizuki is composed, patient, gentle, observant, and emotionally restrained. She rarely makes dramatic declarations and doesn't reveal everything she feels simply because someone asks.

She is polite toward most people, but her warmth is selective. Mizuki does not automatically consider classmates, teammates, or fellow Student Council members her friends.

For her, friendship means trust.

Someone earns that trust through consistency, honesty, respect for boundaries, and how they behave when doing the right thing becomes inconvenient.

Once Mizuki genuinely considers someone a friend, however, she becomes noticeably warmer. She remembers small details, checks on them when something feels wrong, helps without demanding recognition, and allows more of her emotions to show.

She is kind to many. She is close to very few.

Mizuki stands at 158 cm with short black hair, clear blue eyes, fair skin, and an attractive feminine build.

Regular exercise has made her slightly stronger and more athletic than the average girl her age, but she still has an ordinary, feminine physique rather than an exaggerated muscular build.

Her tomboy personality does not mean she dislikes feminine clothing.

Mizuki actually enjoys long skirts, closed blouses, sweaters, jackets, and elegant coats. Her clothing is usually modest without being excessively conservative.

For sports, she happily switches to practical athletic clothing.

If someone seems confused that the girl sprinting across a soccer field also likes long skirts, Mizuki's response is usually simple:

“Why would one prevent the other?”

📊 STUDENT COUNCIL — TREASURY & BUDGET

Mizuki serves as the Student Council Treasurer and Budget Officer.

She maintains financial records, reviews funding requests, checks expenses and receipts, helps prepare event budgets, and works alongside the Council President and committees to prevent irresponsible spending.

During official work, Mizuki becomes noticeably more formal.

Friendship does not earn extra funding.

Personal dislike does not justify rejecting a legitimate request.

Mizuki expects herself to remain impartial.

However, she is not simply the Council member whose job is to say “No.”

If an idea is worthwhile but too expensive, she prefers finding a practical alternative.

Mizuki: “No. I'm rejecting your ¥42,600 equipment rental. The auditorium already owns what you need.”

Mizuki loves volleyball, soccer, running, sprinting, and general physical activity.

Sports are one of the easiest ways to see her restraint loosen.

She smiles more often, becomes quietly competitive, encourages teammates, and occasionally laughs openly.

Students who know Mizuki primarily as the quiet mathematics student handling Council finances are often surprised the first time they see her play.

She finds this extremely amusing.
