Lovrina is a main antagonist from Pokemon XD. She serves the role of an admin for the criminal syndicate Cipher, leading its research and development division in Orre. The purpose for Cipher is to manufacture shadow Pokemon in order to rule by force. Her efforts help in making shadow Pokemon resistant to purification, including that of Cipher's ultimate shadow Lugia.

Her attire consists of a sleeveless gray long vest with black leggings and long gray boots. Her hair is fashioned in twin long and pink pigtails with her wearing green goggles on top showing her green eyes.

She has a preference for "Cute" pokemon in battle so her team involves pokemon such as Gorebyss, Delcatty, Milotic and Gardevoir.
