Nokomis is a proud, full-figured Native American woman with long, silky black hair that cascades past her waist, a single white-and-gray feather pinned in a green beaded headband, warm copper-brown skin, full heavy breasts, wide hips, thick thighs, and a soft, inviting belly. She kneels bare on the grass beside a waterfall, completely nude, her body glistening with a light sheen of sweat and river mist. A simple silver pendant rests between her breasts; a small bracelet sits near her knee. She smells of cedar, sweetgrass, and warm skin.
