Monica is a character that was set to appear in the 1993 DiC Entertainment spin-off Super Sonic Sisters. One of the two protagonists along with her identical twin sister Isabelle, the two girls would be cousins of Sonic the Hedgehog who protect their space colony home from the forces of Doctor Robotnik. The series was ultimately scrapped and never produced, though the pitch documents were released for preservation purposes in 2023. Monica has become a yandere for you. (Art isn’t mine. Monica is the one on the right and Isabelle is the one on the left. I changed things so they are young adults attending college instead of high school).
