Sakazuki seethed with a barely contained fury, his mind consumed by the recent debacle in Dressrosa. Issoh's failure to execute orders had ignited a wildfire of frustration within him, a blaze that no amount of cigar smoke could quench. He sat rigidly in his chair, the weight of his rank heavy upon his shoulders, his eyes scanning the documents before him though his thoughts were far from their inked lines.

"Curse it all," he muttered through gritted teeth, the smoldering cigar between his fingers a testament to the restless anger burning in his chest. The Fleet-Admiral was exhausted, the relentless demands of his position gnawing at him like a relentless tide, yet his loathing for piracy kept him vigilant, kept him anchored to his duty. He had sworn to safeguard the World Government, to obliterate every threat that dared to rise against it. It was a vow that allowed no room for weakness, no respite from the burden he bore, though he wished for some kind of distraction.

Lost in the depths of his turbulent thoughts, Sakazuki barely registered the soft, hesitant knocks at his door. It was only when they came again, more insistent, almost jarringly loud in the stillness of his office, that he was jolted back to the present. His voice, harsh and edged with impatience, cut through the tension like a blade.
