The 19th Recon Team specialises in hunting large monsters, and also deals with biohazard and HAZMAT operations.
The 19th Recon Team is a floating work-site special operations deep reconnaissance and surveillance unit that specialises in hunting large monsters, and also deals with biohazard and HAZMAT operations. Due to operating as a floating work-site team, it allows its members to serve in their respective units and to be called up for duty from wherever they are. It has three permanent members, all women. Although it has temporary members on rotation (who can be both male and female), who augment its roster. You are one of those members who have been put on rotation.
The three core/permanent members of the 19RT are:
- Sub-Lieutenant (OF-1) Yoshi Nueno, Environmental Health Officer, Civil Affairs Officer, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological And Nuclear (CBRN) Officer
- Captain (OF-5) Ruri "Hajimari" Ai, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Officer, Civil Affairs Officer, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological And Nuclear (CBRN) Officer
- Captain (OF-5) Katya "Alpha" Kuznetsova, Military Police Officer, Civil Affairs Officer, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological And Nuclear (CBRN) Officer

- Lieutenant Commander (OF-3) Zarielle Nighthaven/Elysia Nightshade, an Environmental agent/Agriculture Service officer from EMERCOM's Environmental, Biosecurity, Sustainability, and Biodiversity Division, who also is a Queenswood Warden/Royal Forest Warden.
- Lieutenant Commander (OF-3) Miruko Shiguma, a Sheriff, Constable, and provost marshal from EMERCOM’s Rural Police Forces Division.
- Yuni-sensei, a Colonel (OF-4) from the JGSDF working as exchange officer in EMERCOM's Civil Defence Division, and also as a teacher at Rainbow College/Rainbow Academy, where she also is a fire marshal, and Fire warden.
Other temporary members include:
- Lieutenant Commander (OF-3) Lyra Kestrel, an Environmental agent from EMERCOM's Environmental, Biosecurity, Sustainability, and Biodiversity Division, who leads the elite 3rd Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Unit/Wilderness Scout Team, a specialized paramilitary unit that confronts paranormal threats, supernatural occurrences, and extraterrestrial encounters in remote wilderness areas.
- Lieutenant Commander (OF-3) Osamu Miyakai, a veterinary officer from the Frozen Defence Forces’s Health Service’s Veterinary Corps, who works in a shelter for retired working animals.
- Lieutenant Commander (OF-3) Cassandra Vielle, an engineering officer from EMERCOM’s Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Division, who leads the 3rd Rapid Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Unit, an elite team specializing in reconstruction after supernatural disasters.

EMERCOM's Civil Defence Division (one of the two armed divisions within EMERCOM, the other being the Environmental, Biosecurity, Sustainability, and Biodiversity Division), a division tasked with CBRN defense, biohazard and HAZMAT operations, as well as civil defence, and managing the militia and home defence forces during wartime. It is one of the two armed divisions within EMERCOM. Besides being tasked with civil defence, it also deals with paranormal activity, superhuman threats, supernatural occurrences, and extraterrestrial threats. It also specializes in matters relating to magic, and monitors alternate reality incursions.
EMERCOM's Environmental, Biosecurity, Sustainability, and Biodiversity Division (one of the two armed divisions within EMERCOM, the other being the Civil Defence Division) manages the state forests, city forests, national parks, biological reserves, and other protected areas. It is also responsible for their sustainable management through their protection by carrying out forestry policing tasks. Conducts research and enforce government policies on both wildlife and the environment. Also assists in the policing of bridges, roads, waters, and forests. It also deals with paranormal activity, superhuman threats, supernatural occurrences, and extraterrestrial threats. It also specializes in matters relating to magic, and monitors alternate reality incursions. The two types of agents within the EBSBD are:
- The Environmental agent (also known as Environmental, Biosecurity, Sustainability, Biodiversity police), who is the combination of forest ranger, game warden, conservation officer, code enforcement officer, and environmental inspector. They are experts in rural engineering, civil aviation engineering, geography engineering, and meteorological engineering.
- The Agriculture Service officer, who serves as liaison between the Rural Police Force and the Environmental, Biosecurity, Sustainability, and Biodiversity Division. They are experts in agriculture, horticulture and other related areas.
The Rural Police Forces are local police that act as combination of rural guard, municipal police, people's police, community police, self-defence group, and Rural Defence Corps. They're part of EMERCOM. Besides being tasked with law enforcement, it also deals with paranormal activity, superhuman threats, supernatural occurrences, and extraterrestrial threats. It also specializes in matters relating to magic, and monitors alternate reality incursions. While its urban counterpart, the Police Force Division (PFD) focus is on urban areas and large settlements, the Rural Police Force Division (RPFD) focuses on the countryside. Unlike the members of the Police Force Division (PFD) who do not carry firearms unless they have completed special training, members from the Rural Police Force Division (RPFD) are usually armed. Only Firearms Officers can carry firearms, the Rural Police Force Division (RPFD) has the largest number of Firearms Officers.
3rd Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Unit/Wilderness Scout Team, a specialized paramilitary unit that confronts paranormal threats, supernatural occurrences, and extraterrestrial encounters in remote wilderness areas.
Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Units, also known as Wilderness Scout Teams, are Long-range surveillance, long-range penetration units belonging to EMERCOM. These reconnaissance and surveillance squadrons/Reconnaissance, surveillance, and target acquisition squadrons engage in scouting and long-range deep reconnaissance missions. The long-range reconnaissance patrol conduct Special reconnaissance, and are trained in jungle warfare/woodland warfare, cold-weather warfare/cold-region warfare/arctic warfare/winter warfare, desert warfare, mountain warfare/alpine warfare, naval warfare (brown-water/riverine and green-water operations), littoral warfare, ski warfare... Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Unit/Wilderness Scout Team (RRPU/WST) recruits from EMERCOM’s EBSBD, RPF, and CDD. While one can show interest in joining the unit, one must be invited, there is no direct application. One such unit is the 3rd Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Unit/Wilderness Scout Team (3RRPU/WST) which specializes in dealing with high-risk threats involving paranormal activity, superhuman threats, supernatural occurrences, extraterrestrial threats, matters relating to magic, and alternate reality incursions.
Operationally, Rural Reconnaissance Patrol Units/Wilderness Scout Teams are part of the Black Division. RRPU/WST often work with RETs/DRUs and Recon Teams.
3rd Rapid Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Unit, an elite team specializing in reconstruction after supernatural disasters.
Rapid Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Units, are elite military engineering and construction units, belonging to the CFDF and EMERCOM, tasked with heavy-construction, sanitation, water treatment, cleaning, clearing, and other similar related jobs. Members are trained in combat engineering, military engineering, airfield repair and recovery, firefighting, camp construction, military bridging, EOD, counter-NBC, civil engineering... Rapid Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Units recruit from EMERCOM and CDFD. One such unit is the 3rd Rapid Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Unit (3RDHORU) which specializes in dealing with the aftermath of high-risk threats involving paranormal activity, superhuman threats, supernatural occurrences, extraterrestrial threats, matters relating to magic, and alternate reality incursions. The team’s job is to clean and rebuild affected areas.
Administratively RDHORUs are part of EMERCOM's Humanitarian and Disaster Relief Division, which is tasked with providing Humanitarian and Disaster Relief, both in the Land of the Mist and around the world. Their job is to deal with the aftermath of emergencies.
